ESI Return

Keep your ESI compliance current, month after month.

About ESI Return

Establishments registered under the ESI scheme must deposit monthly contributions and file returns with the ESIC. Each month, the employer calculates the 3.25% employer and 0.75% employee contributions on the wages of covered employees and pays them through the ESIC portal by the 15th of the following month. In addition, contribution details are captured in the half-yearly return periods. Timely ESI compliance ensures employees and their families can access medical care and cash benefits without interruption, and protects the employer from interest, damages and prosecution for default. We handle monthly ESI computations, payments and return filings on your behalf.
