PF Return Process

Timely, accurate monthly PF returns for your establishment.

About PF Return Process

Once an establishment is registered under EPF, it must file monthly provident-fund returns and deposit contributions with the EPFO. This is done through the Electronic Challan cum Return (ECR), which reports each employee's wages and the employer and employee PF contributions for the month. The ECR must be uploaded and the challan paid by the 15th of the following month. Accurate and timely PF returns keep employees' accounts updated, ensure they can access their PF and pension benefits, and protect the employer from interest and damages for late payment. We manage the entire monthly PF return process, including reconciliations and employee KYC updates.
